The app and encrypted messaging are free. Paid plans accelerate delivery through the Vault relay and raise daily limits. If a limit is reached or a plan is not paid, messages are not lost — they are delivered by regular email, just slower.

What exactly you pay for
The paid service is access to extended limits and priority delivery through the Vault relay for the subscription period. The relay is a server that accepts an encrypted envelope and hands it to the recipient within seconds, without waiting for the message to travel through mail servers. The relay cannot see message contents: it only receives ciphertext.
The app, encryption, email-based messaging and core features stay free. Payment does not grant access to messages, keys or history — it only affects delivery speed and limits.

A "relay action" is one message sent through the relay or one call credential issued. The limit applies to the sender, not the recipient.
How to pay
- Open the app → Settings → Plan.
- Choose Pro or Business and a period — 1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.
- Proceed to the secure YooKassa payment page and pay by card, SBP, SberPay or YooMoney.
For 3, 6 and 9 months the price is billed monthly (₽149 × number of months for Pro, ₽499 × for Business), without a discount. The discount applies only to the annual period: Pro — ₽1,490 for 12 months, Business — ₽4,990.
Payments are accepted in Russian rubles. VAT is not applicable: the provider uses the special tax regime "Tax on Professional Income" (self-employed). A receipt is generated in the "My Tax" app.

Access and delivery
No shipping required. The service is provided remotely: plan access is activated in the app automatically as soon as payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery or pickup.
If access is not activated within 15 minutes after payment, email vault-msg@ya.ru with the payment date and amount. We will activate it manually.
Term and renewal
A subscription is valid for the period you choose at payment — 1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months from the payment date. There is no automatic renewal: when the term ends, the plan reverts to free limits. To extend, pay again. Purchased days do not expire: if you pay for an extension in advance, the term is added to the current one.
Refunds
If the service was not provided (access not activated, duplicate payment, relay unavailable due to our fault), the amount paid is refunded in full. If a subscription was paid but not used, you may cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of payment. For later cancellations, the unused period is refunded upon request.
Send a request to vault-msg@ya.ru with the payment date and amount. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the request. Full terms are in the public offer.
